Our passion for helping homeowners began in a modest Northern California tilt-up in
1974. It was here that a small, dedicated group of service-minded individuals banded
together to set the bar for the emerging home warranty industry. In those days, you
could count our employees on both hands, every service note was handwritten, and bell
bottoms qualified as business casual—we were small but mighty.
In 1996, the nation’s largest title insurer and Fortune 500® company, Fidelity National
Financial, saw integrity in our commitments, and in August 1998 we officially became
Fidelity National Warranty.
Today, we have over 340 team members across 13 states, but we’re still that same
service-minded company committed to protecting budgets from unexpected costs

Join an established home warranty company with over 40 years of experience
supporting real estate professionals and helping homeowners protect their largest
investment. As a Sales Executive for Fidelity National Home Warranty, you will sell in a
protected territory, offering our products and services to the real estate community. Very
much like owning a franchise, you will have the autonomy to get results on your own
while having company support.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

To sell home warranties through real estate professionals in a defined geographic territory.

TARGET CANDIDATE PROFILE

Established outside salesperson (ideally in the real estate industry), with a proven track
record of success. Must be outgoing, organized, professional, able to “work a room”,
and confident speaking in public. Established contacts in the real estate industry within
the defined territory are ideal.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE AND BENEFITS

Fidelity National Home Warranty offers a competitive total compensation package structured to reward performance. This role carries a base salary starting at $30,000, which is highly negotiable and intentionally positioned as a floor rather than a ceiling - total end-of-year compensation will reflect significantly more upon satisfactory completion of expectations, through a combination of performance-based commission and quarterly bonus opportunities. Candidates with the right experience and track record should expect their total compensation picture to look materially different from the base figure alone.
