Our Process at a Glance:​

Phase 1: interview process.

This phase is where we meet with you. One of our Account Executives will sit down with you for a personal consultation and explain our process, and collect every crucial detail that we will then use to curate your all-star list. We will walk you through our proprietary asynchronous demo and explain how your company will be pitched to the talent we see as worthy of placement.​​

Phase 2: search.

We have a pre-curated warm bench of highly tenured talent at Black Swan, but if we see that your requirements require a search, one will be performed swiftly, keeping you updated every step of the way. We aim to bring a highly curated list for you as soon as possible (time may vary based on talent tenure and search criteria).

Phase 3: Delivery

Once our curated list is completed, we will send you a custom breakdown with profiles of each candidate with optional SPQ-Gold results attached (complimentary offering at consultation). Once you select the talent you love, we will begin the matching process, where we hand them off to you for further interviews and onboarding.

Phase 4: Post-placement Support 

Once your new talent is safely onboard, we will initiate our post-placement guarantee. We offer post-placement guarantees for every single individual that comes through our program, with a 30-60-90-day model, based on entry-level, mid-level, or senior/executive-level talent that is placed. We will be by your side every step of the way to ensure that we've made the right choice.
