COMPENSATION STRUCTURE AND BENEFITS
We are pleased to offer a starting base salary of $110,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. You will be eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 20% of your base salary, alongside a one-time signing bonus of $5,000 following 90 days of employment.
