OPPORTUNITY AT A GLANCE
A ground-floor sales role at a fast-growing recruiting startup. You'll work directly with the founder to build the client pipeline from the ground up, close new business, and help establish the firm's sales function — with real ownership and visibility from day one.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
Identify, engage, and close new client partnerships; build and manage a qualified prospect pipeline; represent Black Swan Talent in the market; maintain and grow existing client relationships, including the anchor clients.
TARGET CANDIDATE PROFILE
1–3+ years in B2B sales or business development; proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals; strong communication and presentation skills; self-starter comfortable working remotely; experience in early-stage environments; familiar with CRM and outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay); professional LinkedIn presence; genuine interest in people and talent.
